Photoshoot Makeup Look

A heads up, this photoshoot was natural looking so I didn't go completely overboard with makeup. It was shot mainly to focus on the clothes and not the face :)

1. SPF 50 Protective Face Base (Bobbi Brown)
This face base is such an amazing product as it doubles as a sun cream and moisturizer. This makes my makeup go on ten times smoother.

I feel that this is a photoshoot makeup must- have (or even a daily makeup look). It's a great primer making my foundation and concealer stay on the whole duration of the photoshoot :) It's also amazing for minimizing the looks for pores.

3. Instant Confident Stick (Bobbi Brown)
This product is similar to the POREfessional by Benefit. The only difference is that it doesn't have the function of a primer- it's only to minimize pores. I wouldn't use this on a daily basis because it's really heavy in the fact that it makes your skin look SUPER smooth.

4. Long- Wear Even Finish Foundation SPF 15 / Natural 4 / (Bobbi Brown)

5. Master Conceal / 50 Medium, Deep / (Maybelline, Face Studio)
I used this concealer to cover any spots or imperfections. The coverage is quite heavy yet natural looking.

6. Boi- ing Concealer / 04 / (Benefit)
This concealer is great for dark circles and any discolouration as it doesn't crease.

7. Nude Finish Illuminating Powder / Buff / (Bobbi Brown)
Full Flawless Face Brush (Bare Minerals)

8.  World Famous Neutrals (Benefit)
Cream Shadows: Birthday Suit & My Two Cents / Regular Shadows: It's Complicated,  Kiss me; I'm Tipsy, Call My Bluff, Gilt-y Pleasure
Firstly, I used 'My Two Cents' (gold toned cream shadow) as a base shadow. I then went in with 'It's Complicated' all over my eyelid as the main eyeshadow colour. Next, I applied 'Kiss me, I'm Tipsy' on the outer corners of my eye to create depth. Lastly, 'Call My Bluff' was used in the inner corner of my eye as well as my brow bone for highlight.

9. 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencil / Perversion / (Urban Decay)
I just apply this eye pencil on my water line to make my eyes look bigger.

12. Lippie Lingerie / Bare / (Tarte)

All About My Piercings!

On my Instagram, (and everyday) a lot of people have been asking about my piercings so this post is dedicated to those who want to know more. Firstly, some basic information is I have 10 ear piercings in total. Secondly, these are all personal opinions of mine throughout my experience, so it would vary with different people especially with the pain levels as I have a thicker bone structure for my ear.

RIGHT EAR

Lobe Piercings
1st Lobe Piercing
Age: 10
Pain Level: 2/10
At the time in which I got it pierced, I did think that the pain level was around a 5. But because I have so many other piercings that are based on my bone, the lobe didn't seem at all. I did decide for the woman to use a gun as it is the most standard form of tool for your lobe piercings.

2nd Lobe Piercing
Age: 12
Pain Level: 2/10
The pain level was definitely a lot less since I had already experienced the first piercing on my lobe. However, if you are planning to get a second piercing, make sure that the spacing is accurate and not too close to your first piercing as it can merge holes and lead to an infection.

3rd lobe piercing
Age: 13
Pain Level: 3/10
The pain level for the third lobe piercing was slightly more painful than the first and second ones just because the woman pierced the earring closer to my cartilage area so it hurt more for me.

Cartilages
1st Cartilage
Age: 14
Pain Level: 4/10
I got this piercing done with a needle because it's much safer than a gun. The pain was dealable and it was numb after the jewelry went in.

2nd Cartilage
Age: 14
Pain Level: 9/10
This was the most painful piercing I have ever gotten since it was on the thickest part of my bone. The healing time was quite short so I the pain was definitely worth it.

3rd Cartilage
Age: 14
Pain Level: 7/10
The pain was between the first and second cartilage. I wasn't sure if the reason why I didn't feel the pain as much was because the second piercing was so sore that it was numbing to the cartilage bone. The aftermath of this piercing caused the most trouble for me because my jewelry was too small and it slipped into my piercing.

LEFT EAR

Tragus
Age: 14
Pain Level: 1/10
Honestly, when the needle pierced through my tragus it didn't hurt one bit. I didn't feel the needle going through until my friend told me. Some people say that you hear a pop in the tragus when the needle goes through but I didn't experience that. After the piercing and the woman inserted the piece of jewelry in, thats when the pain started to kick in. The pain wasn't bad at all but I wasn't prepared for it since the actual piercing felt like nothing.

Industrial
Age: 14
Pain Level: 6/10
I was the most nervous for this piercing out of all the ones I've done. I wasn't too sure why but I was almost in tears before the needle went in. The actual piercing was not bad at all. The pain was again, dealable.
